We awoke on morning #4 a little more rested and feeling like maybe we could conquer this journey yet. Our driving time was going to be pretty short that day and playtime was going to be great! We were excited to see what the day had in store for us.
We made it to an adorable little Danish town for lunch and had a picnic lunch in a park from a fairy tale. We played in the park, walked through town, and enjoyed some Danish treats...
all before heading to our next little af base home--the cutest one yet--to get ready for the beach.
It was a little cooler than we expected, but more BEAUTIFUL!!

But wasn't too sure how he felt about the frigid water and rolling waves.
We headed back to the "house" for a home-cooked meal and a relaxing ending to day #4. We were halfway there!!
